Directions from the major airports:BWI Airport (BaltimoreMD):
Take Route 295 South (to Washington) from the airport access road to the exit at Route 95 North. Travel approximately 4 miles, and take exit 25, US Route 1 South. Travel 2 miles south. Turn right atCampus Drive to enter the University of Maryland.

DullesInternational Airport (Fairfax, VA):
Take Dulles access road to 495 north (Beltway Inner
Loop to Bethesda, Silver Spring). Continue on 495; the road number will change
to 95 after the New Hampshire Ave. exit. Continue on 95 to exit 25, US Route
1 South. Travel approximately 2 miles south and turn right at Campus Drive to
enter the University of Maryland.

National Airport (Washington, DC):
Take U.S. Route 1 South to Route 95 North. Travel 25 miles to Exit 25, U.S.

Go North on George Washington Parkway for 2.1 miles to Virginia
Go Northeast on I-395 for 0.6 miles to Washington DC
Go North on I-395 for 3.5 miles to New York Ave.
Go West on New York Ave. for 0.5 miles to 6th St. N.E.
Go North on 6th St. N.E. for 0.7 miles to Rhode Island Ave.
Go East on Rhode Island Ave. for 3.7 miles to Maryland
Go Northeast on US 1 for 4 miles until you reach Campus Drive and the University
of Maryland.

Rail Traveling by Amtrak, MARC, or Metro:

MARC (Maryland Rail Commuter) provides trains from Baltimore,
MD to Washington, DC and several stops in between. College

The Washington Metro links the campus to places all around DC, MD and VA including
