JSF PHM lead , Tom Dabney visits CALCE

Tom Dabney, Air Vehicle PHM lead for the Joint Strike Fighter program office, met  with CALCE PHM faculty and staff on April 2nd for a lively discussion on PHM implementations, technology gaps and next steps. Mr. Dabney presented an overview of the PHM mission, objectives and status for JSF as well  the PHM framework. Andy Hess, former Air System PHM IPT Lead and CALCE researcher, contributed to the discussions on technology gaps and research needs for advancing PHM. CALCE is committed to supporting JSF and its suppliers in designing and implementing health monitoring and prognostics.  Future meetings and further collaborations are expected.
